Come join us when the town bursts into life, jam packed with free family friendly events.

Sligo St. Patricks day was established in 1971. It is the one of the only events in Sligo that has been consistent throughout 46 years

This years parade starts at 12 noon on Mail Coach Road and finishes at Our Lady Of Mercy Primary School.

Floats 
Organisations are invited to submit floats focusing on the theme of Volunteering, taking inspiration from communities and projects which have benefitted from a volunteer effort. Register here: https://sligostpatricksday.com/take-part/
EVC Tribe – Community Participation
Separately, community organisations are invited to allocate two members to join a special European Volunteering Capital Tribe of volunteers which will participate in the parade, highlighting the broad range of activities and projects which Sligo volunteers support.
